Michelle Herman
Master Stylist | 20 Years Experience
With over 20 years behind the chair, Michelle Herman brings expertise, artistry, and true professionalism to every client experience. As a salon owner in the Valley, she understands not only the craft of hair—but the full luxury salon experience.

Jamie Ferero
Jamie is a Portland native now based in Bend, with nearly 15 years of experience behind the chair. She trained under top stylists at Magnum Opus and spent over a decade there before moving to Central Oregon.
Jamie loves all hair types and specializes in French haircutting, color corrections, vivids, and blonding—especially when it comes to transformations.
An educator at heart, she’s taught fellow stylists and clients alike, and has traveled the country for both competitions and advanced training. Jamie helped revamp the very apprentice program she once trained in and has contributed to brands like Aiir, Pharmagel, ZibaHub, and Successful Stylist Academy.
She’s passionate about creating personalized looks that align with each client’s lifestyle and goals. When she’s not in the salon, you’ll find her trail running, traveling, or diving into a good true crime read.

Rivka
Rivka has been behind the chair since 2010. She creates natural-looking color and haircuts that grow out seamlessly and feel realistic for everyday life.
She takes a thoughtful, collaborative approach to each appointment, focusing on understanding not only what her clients want, but also what they don’t, so the end result feels wearable and personal.
She believes your hair should feel like you. Her focus is on healthy hair and results that continue to look and feel good long after you leave the salon.
Rivka loves to learn, both in her personal life and behind the chair, and is always growing and refining her work. Outside of the salon, she enjoys reading, working out, volunteering, and ending up in unexpected spots that become favorites.
Whether you prefer a quieter appointment or some good conversation, Rivka is happy to meet you where you’re at. She appreciates when clients are direct about their preferences, when they’re able, so everyone feels comfortable.
Heidi
A stylist since 2000, Heidi is a Goldwell Hair Color Educator with extensive experience that has strengthened her awareness of style, and what will work best for her client's style and preference. Heidi specializes in all things Blonde but also excels in covering and blending beautiful greys, creating rich brunettes, and experimenting with bold and colorful fashion tones as well. Heidi studied haircutting at the Vidal Sassoon Academy to masterfully execute her haircuts with precision edges and extensive training in creating soft, imperfect textures with a modern edge. Heidi is a certified DreamCatcher Extension technician. When she isn't doing hair, Heidi loves the outdoors and traveling and is always looking for new adventures to do with her two boys and husband. Enjoying learning new things and serving the community.
Sara
Sara Blade is a master stylist for the fashion-forward. With 23 years behind the chair, she is highly motivated and loves to be challenged. Her strengths include: blondes, Brondes, lived-in color, balayage, foliage, grey coverage, grey blending, curly hair, and precision haircuts
Sara is a busy Mom and Wife, who loves to explore the outdoors. She moved to Bend 26 years ago, from Northern MN, and is not looking back.
Juliana
Specializing in creating natural, soft grow-out highlights, blended layers, and cuts that complement your face shape, Juliana brings over 18 years of expertise. Originally from San Diego, Juliana's extensive training includes online courses and hands-on education, including Vidal Sassoon training. Having worked in prestigious salons in Burbank and West Hollywood, she now calls Bend, Oregon home. Committed to providing you with a personalized and enjoyable experience, Juliana ensures a collaborative approach, ensuring that you and she are on the same page for an outcome that reflects your unique style. Outsidethe salon Juliana loves family moments with her husband, two little girls, and their dog, Maya. She enjoys spending time with friends, live music, baking, and outdoor exploration.
Bridget
A Bend native, born and raised. She moved away from beautiful Bend Oregon to attend school at Paul Mitchell in Richland Washington and quickly returned to pursue her career in Central Oregon. Doing hair since 2019 she enjoys enhancing your natural beauty with blonding, color, and women’s and men’s cuts.
Bridget loves to spend time with family and friends in her free time, exercise indoors and outdoors, and read.

Thanks for stopping by and checking out my work. I've been creating, coloring, cutting, painting (faces that is) and collaborating with all my lovely guest for the last 17 years now. I currently create behind the chair at Salon Envy in beautiful Bend, OR. I’m there Wednesday-Friday most weeks. I save my weekends for my other favorite thing…Styling anyone and everybody for all special occasions. Weddings are my main jam but I’m open for any special event you’re attending or throwing.
As years have passed I realize how much this profession chose me. Hair & makeup has given me such an amazing platform to meet and listen to everyones story of life. It’s a honor to provide you with my services.
When I'm not working I enjoy all things this life has to offer! Traveling, family time, hiking, city time, hot springs and enjoying home life with my husband John!

Erin
Erin Gorham is a mindful hairstylist. She approaches her craft with the purpose to educate and empower her clients while elevating their salon experience.
She is located at Salon Envy in Bend, Oregon and has been styling hair for 20 years. Her specialties include red-hair color, tape-in hair extensions and the “silent haircut”. She loves asking clients “ If you could have the hair of your dreams what would that look like? I want to know your fantasy”.
Erin is a former educator for both the cosmetology college level and teaching continuing education to already licensed hairstylists. As an educator, she traveled the United States teaching the latest trends and techniques to other hairstylists.
Continuing education is also a top priority for herself to stay up to date and she has been taught by some of the industry’s top leaders. Her passion has always been education and that is evident behind the chair with her clients.
Erin’s work has been published on book covers and in magazines. In the salon, her first priority is the integrity of the hair and will offer alternatives before ever proceeding with a service that could compromise that. She is solutions-driven and “options” is the name of her game.
